There is no phone line and no office to visit. Everything is handled in writing by email, which is deliberate — see the delivery terms below.
What is sold
A written root-cause diagnosis of one reported failure in an automation workflow built on n8n, Make or Zapier.
You supply exported artifacts: the workflow export and the execution log of one failing run. The deliverable is a written report and, where the platform supports importing one, a corrected workflow file. Delivery is by email.
What one order covers
- One reported symptom, diagnosed once.
- One round of clarifying questions, within 7 days of delivery — simply reply to the report.
- A new or unrelated symptom is a new order.
If a second problem is noticed while diagnosing the first, you are told about it at no charge. Buying a diagnosis for it is entirely your choice.
Turnaround
Within 24 hours of receiving complete artifacts, on business days. The same-day tier is delivered the same calendar day when artifacts arrive before 12:00 UTC. If artifacts are incomplete, the clock starts when the missing pieces arrive, and you are told immediately what is missing.
What is deliberately NOT part of the service
- No access to your systems. No credentials, no collaborator seats, no screen sharing. If you offer access, it is declined.
- No changes made on your behalf. You import the corrected file and run the verification test yourself. The decision to deploy is always yours.
- No calls. Written intake, written report.
These are limits on the service, and they are also why it can be delivered in 24 hours without any risk to your production systems.
What the report claims, and what it does not
Every conclusion in a report is derived from the artifacts you supply. Where a statement is inference rather than direct observation, the report labels it as such.
Every report contains a section stating what could not be determined from the material supplied, and what to capture in order to settle it. If that section contains the primary question rather than a secondary one, the order is refunded — see Refunds.
AI assistance is disclosed
Analysis is AI-assisted. The work product is reviewed and issued as the seller's own, and the seller is responsible for it. This is stated openly because clients are technical and would rather know.
Your obligations
- You have the right to share the artifacts you send.
- You redact personal data before sending, as the intake instructions describe.
- You do not send credentials, API keys or access tokens. If any are found, they are deleted and you are told to rotate them.
Confidentiality
Your material is not shared, not published, and not used as a portfolio sample or a template for other clients. Where a diagnosis reveals a general failure class, that class may be reproduced independently using synthetic data on the seller's own systems; your files are not retained or reused for it.
Reports are white-label. If you pass a report to your own client under your own name, that is between you and them, and the seller does not contact anyone you work for.
Liability
Liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. The service does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.
Governing law
Portuguese law. Sales are B2B only; the service is not sold to consumers.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force for an order is the version published when the order was placed.
