Tax numberNIF available on request and stated on every invoice

There is no phone line and no office to visit. Everything is handled in writing by email, which is deliberate — see the delivery terms below.

The intent: receive as little as possible

The intake instructions ask you to redact personal data — names, email addresses, record identifiers, tokens — before sending anything. What is needed to diagnose a failure is the shape and sequence of the data, never its contents.

When redaction is done properly, no personal data is received at all. That is the intended state, not a best-efforts claim.

What is received in practice

The delivered report is kept for 12 months for support and tax purposes, with quoted log excerpts redacted.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email [email protected] and it is actioned; deletion of your artifacts can be done immediately on request rather than waiting for the 30-day cycle.

You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
